Australian AGSM MBA Essays 2009-2010:

When formatting your essays, please use 12pt size black type in Times or Times Roman font. Please also do not use fancy headings as this disrupts the printing out of your application, essays and CV. Please Note: Each essay should meet the word length requirement or be a maximum of one A4 page in length.

Four Personal Statement essays are required as part of your application. The essay questions are designed to help the Admissions Committee learn more about you. Each essay should meet the word length requirement.

AGSM MBA Essay 1. What are your professional goals? How will an MBA from AGSM help you? (approx. 250 words)

AGSM MBA Essay 2. What are your most significant personal and professional achievements and why do you view them as such? (approx. 250 words)

AGSM MBA Essay 3. Describe a situation where leadership and teamwork were critical to the outcome. What is your sense of leadership and teamwork? (approx. 250 words)

AGSM MBA Essay 4. Becoming a student at AGSM implies membership of a distinguished community. Describe how you will contribute to the community during your time as a student and beyond. Describe what community spirit means to you. (approx. 250 words)
